Eventually all beings die in the physical
sense but energy is never destroyed.
Energy was created the Divine Spirit and
continues beyond one incarnation.
Health in the body is an essential
element to having an optimal learning
experience while on the earth plane.
The state of “ill”ness does serve a
purpose but it is not the realm of
consideration of this article. The human
body was designed with an inherent
ability to heal itself when the triad of
body, mind and spirit are in harmony.
This triad balance is the only state which
produces health.
Healing is, was and remains the
methodology of the shaman, medicine
man and now in current society the
physician/scientist. For the modern
physician to treat one biological element
such as the patient’s body is helpful but
it is a watered-down approach. It lacks
the real power to heal. Prior to the
advent of modern medicine, healing
was more miraculous due to the fact
that the healer used a triad approach.
Each individual is responsible for the
state of their personal health because
ultimately their thoughts, decisions and
relationships determine the state of
health, or lack thereof. This is the first
fundamental law of wellness and no
matter how much a patient would like to
place this responsibility elsewhere it is
not natural law. In fact, the acceptance
of responsibility for one’s health is the
first building block of regaining balance.
Today’s thoughts and choices are the
building blocks of tomorrow’s health.
Bodies are made up of energy made
manifest in biological form. The density
of the matter constitutes the degree to
which vibration is taking place. Lower
vibrational fields produce denser
physical matter. Higher vibrational fields
results in finer physical matter. The
higher vibrational fields are areas that
we cannot see in the realm such as
intuition, feeling communication
between people and premonitions. Your
body is your earthly temple and house of
your spirit energy. Bodies do not
become sick. The mind, body and spirit
triad slips out of balance.
To re balance the body area of the triad,
the human entity must establish which
element has become out of balance and
consciously desire to regain balance in
that area. Enjoyment in sharing with
helpful others is a very important phase
of our re balancing process whether
those beings are friends, physicians or
spirit guides. Our joy of discovery
should never be trivialized into a sad,
morose or depressed approach to
healing that which lacks balance. Bodily
healing requires attunement to diet and
exercise issues, acknowledgement of
physical limitations such as stress, and
the need for healthy sleep and relaxation.
In the mind area of the triad, choose
correctly and you will be in a state of
health. Correct choice entails positive
self image, security about our place in
the world, and beneficial relationships;
although sometimes difficult, that spur
us to growth. Peace of mind is an
important element in this area of the
triad. Those seeking peace of mind
should do the following: an examination
of conscience with a sincere desire to
uproot fears and area that are out of
balance; seek a friend, mentor, or family
member to confide in for support.
Witnessing is an important aspect of the
healing process. Therapy is not
recommended as it becomes a
business arrangement between
strangers. Next, develop a plan for
regeneration and ask the Divine Spirit
for intervention. Therefore, peace of
mind becomes a foundation of the mind,
body and spirit triad.
Spiritual well being is the pinnacle of the
well being triad. Essentially, there is no
other well being than spiritual well
being. All doing is spiritual in nature.
Those that accept this law of nature
have found a key to knowledge. Spiritual
health is a matter of acknowledging the
Divine in one’s life Whomever a person
believes that to be.
It is true that acknowledgement does
not really forward the growth of
spirituality in a person’s life.
Betterment is derived from faith in
action and propelling a moral order
into one’s external world. This has
been the modus operandi of
traditional organized religions for
generations. There has been a recent
shift in the acknowledgement of one’s
own personal moral code projected
outward (not a group’s vision of one)
that builds a more harmonizing
architecture for true spiritual growth.
Growth appears to follow
ingenuously. For instance, to
understand one’s personal history
with the acknowledgement of the
Divine in one’s own life always
propels the individual into the third
phase, which is to propel one’s
personal moral code into the external
world.
While this does little to further the
concept of organized, traditional
religion, it is the building block of the
mind, body and spirit triad. Everyday
faith in action is spirituality and that is
the message of fundamental dogma.
Whenever people embrace someone
else’s moral code and “try it on for
size” it is a never-ending battle fraught
with internal and external conflicts.
Still, traditional faith relies on historical
perspective to fortify the belief that their
way is right. It is true that it is
elemental to understand history and
one’s place in it to build a moral code.
But true spirituality arises when a
person uses that foundation, builds a
moral code, and lives it. Their faith in
action is reflected in the outside world.
Biological balance requires a certain
evolution or assimilation into the
environment in which we have placed
ourselves. Adaptation in New York
City is different adaptation than that of
life on the Midwestern Plains. Both
call for certain types of readiness and
introspection about what is needed.
One area is not more desirable than
the other although some human
beings may think so. So review
assimilation into your environment ,
see the positive aspects and
limitations. Work with these. You will
find your set point of balance here.
Finding it, you learn to work within
human law. What you eat, how you
sleep and exercise and your
preferences in sex are all preferences
based on your knowledge of your set
point of balance and environmental
issues.
Good health is usually measured in
the following ways: moderation,
fulfillment, rest and relaxation,
proceipse (unknown word), feelings of
self worth and fun and play. To make
huge assumptions about universal
medical needs and procedures,
supplements, nutrition, body image,
and behavioral issues is
counterproductive. As frightening as it
may seem to some, all human beings
are really individual thinkers, unique
biological entities and powerful
spiritual forces.
Forever is not such a long time in
metaphysical terms. The beginning is
like the end and all flows into an
endless coincentric circle. Spirit will
always be and always has been.
Time does not alter this concept. Do
not hesitate to do all the things that
need to be done today. Your spirit
wills it to be so. Assimilate all the
parts of the triad; body, mind and spirit,
and you have defined the essence of
what a human in a state of well being
should be. When we realize that all
life has to offer in abundance and
prosperity, to be in a state of well
being makes the human experience
worth living. Balancing and fine tuning
the triad is a life long series of
examination and adaptation. And it is
true that the ability to adapt and thrive
is a key to our personal mind and body
evolution. We are beings of a light,
high vibration. Through practice, we
will continue to evolve that way.
