should not forget or deny that earthly

people’s real life work is relationship

relationships is not acquired through

People have a responsibility to give
others their full attention and make a
conscious choice to listen first when
communicating. Appropriate responses
should take into consideration
camaraderie, desire for mutual
prosperity, understanding, and
forgiveness. Love is touted as the
greatest emotion but forgiveness is
ahead of it. It should be noted that when
people forgive, they set in motion a
ripple of cause and effect. It does not
matter whether people see the “result”
of their act of charity or not. Every act of
forgiveness results in healing and
beneficence somewhere down the line
that returns to the giver in subtle and
unforeseen ways.
Life goals such as academic
achievement, career opportunities, and
the furthering of personal life dreams
are secondary in importance to careful
communication that leads to another
person’s transformation. The
relationships that people undertake
today resolve people’s karmic life
lessons the most quickly. To speak,
listen and be fully understood,
communicate uplifting words and
propagate ideas, creates an emotional,
energetic bond akin to a religious
experience. Each meeting with another
person, however, brief, leads people to
a fork in the road in which they will
decide on progression or decline.
It should be noted that a person’s
station in life is not a precursor to the
initiation of communication with
another. Each person who crosses your
path today in seemingly random order is
specifically designed to meet you at
precisely that time and place to share
your special knowledge,
encouragement, peace and healing.

When people reinforce negative values
or refuse and rebuke others out of a
position of power or because they can,
society is on the decline. While this, in
and of itself, is destructive it is not
nearly as disparaging as when a
brother or a sister purposefully
manipulates another person for
personal gain. It is similarly
counterproductive to judge some
people as desirable for relationship
and dismiss others as less “worthy” of
one’s time and effort.
Harsh words, sarcasm, sickly
language and sanguine words always
denote a being in a lower form. While it
is true that people occasionally lose
their temper or make hasty verbal
judgments, a man or a woman in a
perpetual rant is in a state of denial.
Sarcasm is a sign of inner and outer
weakness. Harsh words transfer
sadness and disappointment from
their original source and have
repercussions that return to the sender
in subtle and overt ways.
Communication based on a desire to
heal, comfort, love and confirm is
always positive. And it is not always
what a person says but how they say it
that adds spice, enthusiasm and
interest to life. Appropriate language in
tone, inflection and mannerism that
supports and uplifts is a sign of an
honorable man or woman. The phrase
“by His words ye shall know Him”
holds true for the Divine as well as
mankind. Words shape lives and
hearts in many ways. Be on guard to
be sure that your communication is of
the most honorable sort.
To be aware of one’s choice of words,
inflection and tone in communication,
creates an ambiance of style and grace
befitting a wonderful, transcended
soul. Even if an individual adorns
himself with the finest attire in silk,
satin and wool, what comes from the
mouth in the form of language is more
telling of a person’s state in life than
any other feature of their personality. A
poor man, rich in spirit, kind of heart,
and generous with supportive words is
far above the arrogant and mighty and
most of mankind as well.
Human beings communicate
endlessly in a desire to be understood,
appreciated and loved.
Communication feeds people with
emotional food and sustenance. It
affords tremendous healing
opportunities. While people
sometimes forget the power of their
words, other’s hearts can feel the
power of words at all times.
