Bees are foundational in the agricultural
food chain. Throughout history, the
number of bee colonies have fluctuated
generationally. Today, there is a crisis
in bee populations. Bee’s natural
inclination is to migrate. This instinct
combined with colonization problems is
causing their decline. Bees are
migrating further south leading to
warming of their bodies which is neither
natural nor healthy. They are
susceptible to virus’ and they are
carrying them from colony to colony
during migration. Bees have been
driven south by climate changes as well
as by technologies such as cell phones
that have interrupted their natural
navigation propensity.
Bees no longer colonize in close knit
local colonies for the purpose of honey
production and pollination due to these
factors as well. Bees are becoming
more “independent” of the hive so to
speak. This is leading to their
extinction. There are at least five current
factors in the disappearance of bees.
1. Cell phone frequencies that disturb
bee navigation.
2. Migration patterns due to climate
change.
3. Susceptibility to virus infecting
numerous colonies.
4. Sick bees losing the colonization
instinct.
5. Fewer Queen Bees available for the
colonization process.
When people realize that there is a
problem with bee colonies, it will be too
late to do anything about it. Bees should
be harvested right now and colonized in
environments in which human beings
can climatically control. This is a very
tricky process as most bees that are
captured and not allow to migrate will
die. But there is a way to build bee
colonies in environments which will not
only preserve the unique species but
also lead to their propagation.
While most of these intuitive readings
encourage people to leave nature to
regulate itself, in this case it is extremely
important for mankind to intervene right
now to save bee populations. Unless
people do so, bees will die in rapid
numbers and it will lead to a decline in
crop production of the foods which are
favorites of the global population’s diet.

helping hand in survival or many bee

into controlled environments such as
fish farms raised in troughs near clean

becomes common knowledge that
there is no longer “safe meat” due to
the use of steroids, antibiotics and
genetically enhanced feeds in order for
some people to turn a larger profit. All
food production such as honey, fish,
beef, poultry, eggs, produce et al.,
should be strictly controlled in farms.
Food should be considered a natural
resource and should be “released” as
needed with the highest standards.

phenomenon that is just being realized
but should be addressed. People
should not wait for a crisis to stabilize
the bee population. Human beings
should make a unified effort to harvest
